For the organisation of ESSM Congress 2027, data processing is carried out on ESSM’s behalf by AIM Group International (Professional Congress Organiser), Viale E. Forlanini 23, 20134 Milano, Italy.
Your personal data are processed for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by ESSM, including the organisation and management of the Congress (registration, abstract submission, sponsorship, communications). These legitimate interests are also listed in the ESSM by-laws and Minutes.
The personal information we collect includes your name, email address and, where relevant to abstract submission, registration or sponsorship, professional details (contact address, work affiliation, degree, specialty, job title) and billing information.
