Submission deadline: 23:59 CET, October 5, 2026. Only via the online submission system — submissions by email are not accepted.
Title max 200 characters. Text max 340 words / 2.800 characters, structured as Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions. One image (.jpg, max 200KB).
Up to 10 abstracts per submitter, up to 10 authors and 20 affiliations per abstract. Degree, specialty and job title required for all authors.
Max 8 minutes, HD 1280×720+, 16:9, MP4 preferred, max 1GB. No institutional names or logos throughout the video. Must be accompanied by an abstract.
A declaration of any potential conflict of interest is required for all authors.
Accepted abstracts are published in the online scientific programme and in a dedicated JSM supplement, after registration and presentation at the Congress.
